Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the New York Footbag Association shop at newyorkfootbag.com/shop ("the Shop"), operated by the New York Footbag Corporation ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order details and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.

2. General Returns

Due to the nature of our products (fill materials, pre-cut fabric kits, and craft supplies), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect quantity ordered, or similar reasons.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
