These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the New York Footbag Association website at newyorkfootbag.com ("the Site"), operated by the New York Footbag Association ("NYFA," "we," "us," or "our").

You may sign in using your Google or GitHub account through our third-party authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site.

When you sign in, you may be subscribed to our mailing list to receive updates about sessions, tournaments, and community news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by NYFA or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

We collect your email address and name through OAuth sign-in for mailing list purposes. We use privacy-focused analytics (Plausible) that do not track individual users or use cookies.
